"Barbequed Biryani" is marinated in tandoori masala and cooked in clay oven or on gas grill. Tandoori Masala is an excellent combination of various components such as the masala, curd, butter, cream, and various toppings and spice.

Paneer Biryani

There are many forms of Indian dishes including Biryani. There are chicken biryani, which is chicken marinated in marinara, layered with pureed veggies and spices, and then fried in the Tandoori masala. If you love chicken and wish to try something different, you'll have rotes with your chicken biryani. Some people even have a fondness for the poultry and beef combination of biryani known as "Paneer Biryani".

You can also have a stuffed Tandoori that's full of spices and a creamy sauce. "Tandoori roti" or instead "Roti" is just one popular recipe. मैदा 3 कप
ईस्ट 1 बड़ा चम्मच
पानी 3 कप
तलने के लिए घी

समतल पेंदे की कड़ाही(जलेबी सेंकने के लिए)
चिमटा(जलेबी पलटने के लिए)
प्लास्टिक वाली सॉस बॉटल या जलेबी वाला कपड़ा

चासनी के लिए सामग्री
चीनी 4 कप
पानी 3 कप
दूध 2 बडे चम्मच
केसर 10-12 धागे

सबसे पहले यीस्ट में 1 कटोरी हल्का गुनगुना पानी डालकर फूलने के लिए रख दीजिये.
एक बड़े बर्तन में मैदा को छान कर डालें.
यीस्ट को अच्छी तरह से पानी में घोल लें.
मैदे पर यीस्ट का पानी डालें और इसमें थोड़ा-थोड़ा करके पानी डालते जाएं घोल बनाते जाएं.

पूरा पूरा यीस्ट का पानी डालकर ऐसा घोल बनाइए जो न ज्यादा गाढ़ा और न पतला.
अब इस घोल को 5-6 घंटे के लिए कपडे से ढककर रख दीजिए.
इतने समय में मैदे के घोल में अच्छी तरह से खमीर/ईस्ट उठ जाएगी और मेदा फूलने लगेगा जिससे जलेबी कड़क बनेगी.

अब जलेबी बनाने के लिए मैदे का घोल पूरी तरह से तैयार है.
जलेबी तलने से पहले चासनी बना लें.

जलेबी की चासनी कैसे बनायें.

इसके लिए कड़ाही में पानी और चीनी डालकर मीडियम आंच पर गरम करने के लिए रखें.
इसे बीच-बीच में कलछी की सहायता से चलाते रहें. जब इसमें उबाल आ जाए तो इसमें दूध डाल दें.
दूध डालने से चासनी की गंदगी सफ़ेद झाग के रूप में ऊपर आ जाएगी. इसे चम्मच से निकाल दीजिए.
जलेबी के लिए एक तार की चासनी जरूरत होती है. जिसे आप एक बूँद उंगली पर रखकर चेक करे रहे.
ध्यान रहे चासनी ज्यादा गाढ़ी ना हो.

चासनी में उबाल के बाद एक चम्मच से उठाकर देखें. अगर इसमें पतली सी तार बन रही है तो चासनी रेडी है. अब चासनी में इसमें केसर डालकर आंच एकदम धीमी कर दें. केसर से जलेबी लाल रंग की हो जाएँगी यदि केसर उपलब्ध ना हो तो लड्डू का रंग या बाजार से जलेबी का रंग ले सकती हैं.

गैस के दूसरे चूल्हे पर पैन में घी डालकर मीडियम आंच पर गर्म होने के लिए रखें.

जब तक घी गर्म हो रहा है. मैदे के घोल को अच्छी तरह फेंट लें.
इस पेस्ट को सॉस बॉटल जिसका छेद थोडा बड़ा हो या फिर जलेबी बनाने वाले कपडे में डालें. आप चाहें तो दूध की थैली में भी घोल भरकर एक कोने को काटकर जलेबियां तल सकते हैं.
जब घी से हल्का सा धुआं उठने लगे तो इसमें कपड़े या बॉटल से घोल डालते हुए गोल-गोल जलेबी का आकार दें.
पूरे घी में जलेबियां तोड़ लें.
दोनों तरफ सुनहरे होने तक सेंकें फिर जलेबियों को चासनी में डाल दें और कलछी से जलेबियों को चासनी पूरा डुबो-डुबो कर जालीदार झझ्जर से निकाल कर परात में रखें.
अब जलेबियाँ खाने के लिए तैयार हैं.
